We are committed to encouraging, facilitating and nurturing the growth of those we work with, as well as of our own team members.
We support individuals and initiatives that demonstrate a drive to making a positive contribution to the lives of others.
We place integrity at the center of our work and expect our partners, colleagues and students to do the same.
We believe empathy and collaboration across communities and boundaries are the key ingredients for designing meaningful public policies.
We are driven by our mission to contribute to a more evidence-based and people-centered policymaking in Southeast Europe.
In our work with partners, colleagues and students we are guided by four core values.
